Details: SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Eugene Mobile village has corrected all of there survey deficiencies. They have all three plans done, they are using NSF approved chlorine, they have submitted cross connection annual summary reports and an enabling authority to the State, they have submitted there annual CCR for 2013 and will submit 2014 by due date. All monitoring is current, they will collect there required 5 L & C samples during the seasonal period this year. ACTION NEEDED: None, all deficiencies have been corrected.
