Details:	SUMMARY: Missed samples 2014-15. DETAILS: Sprague River Water System did not take several samples in 2014 and missed taking coliform samples thus far in 2015 ACTION NEEDED: 1. Take coliform Sample for March 20152. Take Nitrate Sample3. Take VOC Sample4. Post required Public Notice or include info in Consumer Confidence Report. Notify KCEHD and DWS of choice taken and include a copy of either the notice or the Consumer Confidence Report R.5 In July 2015 take the Disinfection Byproducts Sample.
