Details:	SUMMARY: Business Case for GPR Funding DETAILS: The Olney Walluski Water Association has a surface water system which serves 530 persons through 237 connections. The associate purchases treated water from the City of Astoria. The association has an aging distribution system and reservoir. The leakage rate from the system has been as high as 35 percent. The Circuit Rider was contacted by OHA staff (Adam Desemple) to provide assistance to the association with their application for the SDWRLF program. The association has submitted a letter of interest. Previously researched requirements for making Business Case for Green Project Reserve funds. It was determined by the funding team that completing a business case memorandum could be beneficial and authorized the Circuit Rider to author the memorandum.Completed GPR Business Case Memorandum and submitted to IFA. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
