| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant deficiency status DETAILS: To address the last few significant deficiencies, I received by mail 3/20/15 a copy of: a) the newly signed operator protocols sheet, b) the letter Ron sent in January to the cross connection customers, ensuring that they will test them in 2015 or be penalized. This letter is intended to prevent the problems in recent years getting them all tested annually. After the survey, all the devices connected to their system were tested by the end of 2014 or the first week of 2015. c) for the lack of sample taps at the springs - I approved an extension till 5/31/15 to have them installed due to ongoing snow conditions in the hills. Ron is also requesting a combined source sampling location for all the springs. I received his completed request (with map and explanation) on 4/1/15. . ACTION NEEDED: Inform DMCE of the approved extension (5/31/15) for installing sample taps at the springs. Other significant deficiencies have been addressed by the 4/13/15 due date given. Once the sample taps are installed at the springs, I will process the combined source sampling location request and inform DMCE of the adjustments needed in the database. | ||
