Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: 3 of the 4 repeat samples have total coliform detections (including the source/well sample). I contacted Jason and recommended he have the well evaluated/shock chlorinated again. He said that he has been in contact with a company that will come and do the work. I reminded him to report 5 temp routines in April. The WS has a current PN. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on intervention and test results.
