Details: SUMMARY: The system alert CHEM6637 nitrate level at 8.0 continues on annual monitoring testing for Nitrates to see if there any trends in the level of nitrates, next review will be in 2016 DETAILS: The system is meeting quarterly test requirements to monitor the higher level of nitrates, with the period ending in September 2012. It was determined on February 13, 2013 per James Nusrala that the level is consistently below 10MCL so NO Action Required, now on annual testing ACTION NEEDED: 1) The last 4 quarters of nitrate sampling have been consistent and have not exceeded the 10 MCL , with that information the Drinking Water Staff has approved to return your Nitrate samples to an annual test.
