Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert DETAILS: Latest quarterly arsenic sample is back over the MCL. The last two quarters were under. This puts their RAA at the MCL of 0.010 mg/l. The WS will continue quarterly monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Work with DWS to determine appropriate enforcement action to take. Follow up on 3rd quarter 2015 sample results.
