Details:	SUMMARY: Field Visit to review survey deficiencies DETAILS: As specified in the last survey, a pipe connecting the irrigation system and well to the PWS was terminated last January. The Emergency Response Plan and Operations Manual were brought up to date. The deficiencies have been resolved. ACTION NEEDED: none
