Details:	SUMMARY: Water system deficiency follow-up DETAILS: Observed the deficiencies that the system had corrected after last survey.All of the items have been addressed. ACTION NEEDED: Gave the system contact information for the circuit rider that had helped them spec out a chlorinator. They have to finally do the start-up on the system and do not know how to mix the chlorine in the batch tank. System should activate the chlorinator as soon as possible. Check with State to see if the chlorinator has passed through all of the steps for activation.
