| Details: | SUMMARY: Chem sampling schedule violations DETAILS: Contacted Corey Benzel on 11/12/2014, 4/13/2015, 4/28/2015, and Melody Mayville on 11/19/2014 12/8/2014,3/27/2015 and 3/31/2015. All these calls/emails to explain sampling past due for L/C and IOCS.The SOC and VOCs were taken on time, but not reported on time. Lab sent results to the state on the missing VOCs ACTION NEEDED: Sometime last year we talked and it seemed like Rice Hill was working on getting the water system samples taken that were lacking. I can look up the past emails and re-send them regarding what needed to be done. The system has now racked up enough points for failure to sample that it has been listed as a PNC (priority non-compliance). This means that enforcement action could soon be taken by the State of Oregon and civil penalties assessed. All that needs to be done is to take and submit the samples required.Please contact me and we can review what needs to happen.
