Details:	SUMMARY: Chem sampling schedule violations DETAILS: Melody, as I thought, Rice Hill Owners water system needs to take 5 LC samples as stated above. All 5 samples can be taken on the same day. Use 5 different taps – cold water, first draw after sitting overnight, but not more than 18 hours. So two times this year, then depending on results – eligible for a reduction in sampling in following years.It looks the SOC’s were taken in December 2014, but reported late. I do not find that the VOC’s were taken. Nitrite missing, etc. Maybe the tests were done and not reported?Take lead and copper in Jan thru June period (1st 6mo round). Take second round July through December this year (2nd 6 mo round). Based on results you may be eligible for a reduction to annually (June 1 through September 30). Based on results again another reduction might occur requiring Lead and Copper every three years. ACTION NEEDED: Submit missing test results to state (VOCs). Nitrate will be taken when IOCs are done.
