Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up Regarding Complaint of Leaking Water Storage Tank DETAILS: I spoke with the site Contact Bill Cosler regarding the complaint of the leaking water tank that is impacting the neighboring property owners. Bill said they are currently getting bid to replace the old Redwood Tank that is leaking. He said it is only leaking about 3 gpm and they have dug a drainage ditch to keep the water form entering the neighboring property. Geri Carson is the water district person who is heading up the project. I talked to Geri today and she said they are receiving bid this week for the project and hope to have the new tank installed by October 2015. I told Geri about the plan review process and I will send that information to her today via e-mail. I will follow up with the complainant regarding the leaking tank to let them know that this project is currently underway and is proposed to be completed by the October 2015 deadline. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review for new water storage tank.
