Details:	SUMMARY: A routine sample collected on 6-26-15 tested TC+. DETAILS: 6-29-15 --- A routine sample collected on 6-26-15 tested TC+. I spoke with Michelle 541-324-2222: she informed me the triggered source and three distribution repeats have been collected. I advised her five temp routines are due in July.7-7-15 --- During the site visit today for the water system survey we discovered that the 6-29-15 triggered source sample was collected downstream of a previously non-plan reviewed UV treatment system: I advised Michelle to collect a true raw water sample and e-mailed DMCE with a request to change the 6-29-15 triggered source sample to a distribution repeat sample. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
