| Details: | SUMMARY: GWR 4-log Compliance below minimum .4 ppm chlorine for consequetive days hours in February and March 2015. DETAILS: I spoke with Robin White regarding the incomplete chlorine residual log for March 2015. She is emailing the completed form to me and the State. She was apparently confused about whether the minimum was 0.4ppm or 0.04ppm chlorine, which we clarified as definitely 0.4ppm. She acknowledged this number was not met on the days that she recorded it below 0.4ppm. Robin White handles the paperwork and her father Gaby Hays handles the operations. She admitted that illness had reduced her functionality during the month of March. She believes that public notice was NOT sent out in February as previously reported. She is preparing public notice for February and March to be delivered to her customers, the State, and Lincoln County Environmental Health. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure delivery of the public notice to all parties. | ||
