Details:	SUMMARY: RP Sample Type Total Coliform postive-- sample date 6/11/2015. DETAILS: The set of repeat samples collected within 24 hours came back positive for total coliform. The water samples were collected before the disinfect treatment of the water system. The water system has now been disinfected and entire system has been flushed. Coliform fact sheet sent to firm. A draft public notice was sent to the system to be posted within 24 hours. ACTION NEEDED: A triggered source sample must be collected. This requirement is to test the untreated source water (from a well) for coliform when "triggered." The trigger is a positive (present) result from a routine coliform sample in the distribution system. The water system has been disinfected and entire system has been flushed. Coliform fact sheet sent to firm. The firm must collect five routine samples in the month of July, preferably first week. A draft public notice was sent to the firm to be posted within 24 hours. A copy of the posted public notice is to be sent to DWS.
