| Details: | SUMMARY: M&R TCR Violations & INFO Update DETAILS: First we contacted Bill Hood (former contact). Bill directed us to Brian Kittelson. We left a message with Brian. Brian returned our call shortly after. We informed Mr. Kittelson that two consecutive TCR water sample tests had been missed. We also informed him that Nitrates have not been sampled for 13 months.We collected updated contact information for the water system from Brian and informed him that the web-page (SDWIS) would be updated shortly. Brian reported that he would collect the requested samples shortly. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a TCR sample from the distribution system. Collect a Nitrate sample from the Entry Point | ||
