Details:	SUMMARY: Non-reporting violation follow up DETAILS: System did not sample routine coliforms 2nd qtr 2015. Changes in lab staff and no reminder phone call. Called Jamie and he will sample 3rd quarter routine ASAP. Emailed Jamie PN for non reporting and he will post at front desk for at least 7 days. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3rd quarter coliform ASAP and post PN until violation corrected.
