Details:	SUMMARY: non reporting violation follow up DETAILS: System did not sample routine coliform in June. Called Jody and she was expecting lab to sample but some staff changes may have messed up schedule. July sample was taken last week and I called and confirmed this with the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Continued monthly sampling and note violation in 2015 CCR.
