Details:	SUMMARY: Non-reporting violation follow up DETAILS: System did not report a 2nd qtr routine coliform. Called Karen and reminded to take 3rd qtr ASAP. Also helped with PN for non reporting and she will post at register in the store. Also reminded to take annual raw assessment sample. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3rd qtr coliform asap and report results and post PN.
