| Details: | SUMMARY: clarified contact info while addressing error on monitoring violation DETAILS: Call last week from Gary Johnson re: violation postcard for not receiving the June SWTR report. Upon investigation, this report was received by DWS on time, and this must have been a data entry oversight. Sent request to DMCE to remove the violation and enter the June monthly report as received. Meanwhile, the phone number in Data Online for DRC (Paul Strader) was no longer good. Paul retired from the City last year but still is the DRC and comes in the beginning of each month to do their records/reporting. Today, clarified that Paul should still be the primary water system contact and Gary should be the back up. Correct phone numbers and email addresses: 1) Paul Strader, 541-551-0856, pstrader.cityofpowers@hotmail.com. 2) Gary Johnson, 541-404-6118, powerswaterplant@outlook.com. Gary is there full time but is not as knowledgeable about the drinking water system (mostly does waste water). ACTION NEEDED: None | ||
