Details:	SUMMARY: Violation follow up for non-reporting and late chlorine record DETAILS: System recv violation for non-reporting routine coliform 2nd qtr 2015 and late reporting of June chlorine record. Called system and Wendy has since submitted routine coliform July 16th as well as the chlorine chart for July (submitted 8/10). ACTION NEEDED: Continued on-time routine sampling and chlorine records.
