Details: SUMMARY: Contacted Dave after reviewing violations. 8 pts worth of violations for not taking and reporting coliforms, nitrate and source samples DETAILS: Discussed the sampling requirements, reporting requirements and frequencies of sources AA and AB, quarterly coliform sampling, and yearly nitrate. Some not taken since 2013. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3rd quarter coliform sample in distribution before September 30, take source samples (raw water from each well AA and AB), take nitrate sample this year. Report all before the tenth of the month following the sample date. Discussed survey requirements and confirmed survey date for September 14, 2015.
