Details:	SUMMARY: Survey deficiencies follow-up DETAILS: Kevin provided an update on the two remaining deficiencies from the 2015 water system survey. The backflow device testing will be addressed by the September 17th corrective action due date. The city plans to develop the operations and maintenance manual as part of their water improvements project. This project is to be completed by fall of next year. Due date to complete the manual has been extended to October 1, 2016. On Oct. 31st, the city asked to extend the due date to complete the O&M manual to November 30, 2017. Developing this document will be part of the citys water system improvements project. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up on progress to document manual.
