Details:	SUMMARY: OERS Report ID 2015-2003 DETAILS: I received an OERS report (ID 2015-2003) at 2:31 pm regarding a citizen (Anna Say - 541-591-2839) who reported to OERS that there was some spraying from a helicopter over a clear-cut on a ridge above Vida Oregon visible from their house. I called Anna who said spraying occurred between 10 am and 1 pm today and the helicopter flew close to their house on Goodpasture Road. I notified Julie Harvey and Sheree Stewart with Oregon DEQ, Ray Leipold with EWEB and the Pesticide Analytical and response Center (PARC) of the Oregon Dept of Agriculture. PARC Coordinator Theodore Bunch (503-986-6470) had spoken to Anna and was aware of the spraying. Jacqueline Fern (OR DEQ) also notified David Donahue, Karl Morgenstern, and Nancy Toth with EWEB in case they want to do any monitoring in their watershed. ACTION NEEDED: PARC member agencies to investigate and keep EWEB apprised of the findings.
