Details:	SUMMARY: Correction of water survey error DETAILS: During the drinking water survey conducted on 8/5/15, it was noted that there was a monitoring violation for no Arsenic test having been done on the well. It has been found that there is an Arsenic sample on record for this well that was received on 8/1/07. Therefore, there are no significant deficiencies from the August survey. I have written a letter to the water system operator with an explanation of the mistake. No further action is required on their part. ACTION NEEDED: None.
