Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up to localized boil water notice - loss of positive pressure - main break DETAILS: David called at 8:30 am on 9/11/15 as City is responding to a localized loss of pressure due to a main break. A1000-foot section of waterline was shut down during the evening of 9/10, as a result. All customers maintained positive pressure or were isolated prior to losing positive pressure. System following DWS BMPs to flush, restore service, ensure adequate chlorine residual, and collect coliform bacteria sample(s). As one non-licensed commercial establishment will be receiving water for toilet flushing prior to the sample results coming back, City is issuing a localized boil water notice to this one customer. City expects sample results back on Saturday 9/12/15, when they will consult with DWS on the next steps (lifting boil water notice if results coliform absent, or chlorinate and flush again, if coliform present). ACTION NEEDED: City to continue to follow DWS BMPs. DWS providing after hours Public Health Duty Officer phone number for City to use to contact to DWS over the weekend.
