| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up and Corrective Actions DETAILS: Friday, September 11, 2015: The Operator (Thurman Parish) took Confirmation Samples at well prior to chlorination. He also replaced a broken diaphragm in the chlorine injector pump with an old but useable one and ordered a new replacement. I instructed Thurman to increase the chlorine feed rate on the chlorinator, flush the lines and measure the chlorine residual at the ends of the distribution system. KCHD contacted local stores for donations of bottled water to be distributed to the community via the Community Center. ACTION NEEDED: Flush the distribution lines and measure the chlorine residual at the ends of the system. | ||
