Details:	SUMMARY: Alert received however not yet posted on SDWIS. Called persons above and left a message about the positive result triggering an alert. Said that I would call later once the state posted the result on the website to discuss re-sampling and any other issues with water system. Left a call back number. DETAILS: Update: 9/28 Operator of water system has not returned phone call, mailed this information on 9/30 to Sunny Meadow. ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeats in the distribution system (one upstream from the 1st test, one downstream and one at the same site as the positive test)within 24 hours and mark them repeats. Take one addition sample at the well. Mark that sample triggered. So 4 samples total.
