Details:	SUMMARY: Transition to Community Water System Status: Letter Sent DETAILS: Since ‘Aldridge Ditch CO WS’ public water system is now a ‘Community’ water system, HRCHD-EH sent a letter discussing the compliance schedule for new requirements to the operator. This letter covers the following topics:Recording chlorine residual levels in the distribution system--Certified Small Water System Operator requirements--Lead & copper sampling--Disinfection By-Product monitoring--Cross connection control ‘Annual Summary Report’ requirements--Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) requirements-- andAsbestos M&R requirements ACTION NEEDED: Start monitoring and recording chlorine residual levels in the distribution system at least two times per week. – absolute deadline (by rule) is 1/9/2016.Formally task a certified Small Water System Operator to be directly in charge of operations By January 1st, 2016.Compete the first round of lead & copper sampling By June 30th, 2016.Compete the first round of Disinfection By-Product monitoring Between August 1st and August 31st, 2016.
