Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform was confirmed on 10/02/2015 taken in distribution from sample point 42705 n umpqua falls suit. DETAILS: Operator was notified on 10/2/15 and was already aware that they need to take an additional 5 samples on 10/5/15. 4 repeat samples (1 same site, 1 upstream, 1 downstream, one random) and one sample at the source (labeled TG for triggered sample. Operator did not take samples in on Friday because the lab was closed. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results from the samples taken in on 10/05/2015
