| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive toutine sample DETAILS: System collected their monthly routine sample on 10/14/15. The sample came back positive for total coliform bacteria. In speaking with Bill, the possible cause of the bacteria could have been the replacement of the well pump a couple of weeks ago. The system normally chlorinates, but chlorination unit was offline at the time of the positive. The system has two sources, however, the high school well was not on at the time of the positive sample. SRC-BA is a seasonal source (only used in summer to help meet the system demands) ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample from Jones well (SRC-CA). 5 temporary routine samples are due in November. | ||
