| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL violation for October 2015 DETAILS: System had collected 4 repeat samples and a triggered source sample from SRC-CA in response to the initital routine positive sample collected 10/14/15. The system had well pump replacement work done and the work done may not have been properly disinfected. The system collected the repeat samples on 10/19/15. On 10/20/15, the well was batch chlorinated and chlorination unit is operating properly with a free chlorine residual of 0.18. The well will be pumped to waste on 10/21/15. ACTION NEEDED: System to issue a Tier 2 public notice for the total coliform MCL violation for October. This notice needs to be delivered in the next 30 days. Recommended the system collect 5 temporary routine samples in November and then include this information on the public notice. | ||
