Details:	SUMMARY: WSS Follow-Up: Some Corrections Made DETAILS: On 10/23/15, an e-mail containing pictures of work done to correct outstanding significant deficiencies (SD) was submitted to HRCHD-EH. The pictures show an adequate correction for SD #1. However, SD #2 remains unresolved. Reference letter to operator dated 8/13/15 for details.The work done includes some actions that will render SD #2 temporarily resolved for a limited period of time, however, the corrective actions are not durable enough to constitute a long-term solution. At present, there does not appear to be an imminent public health threat.A letter was sent to the operator explaining our determination (10/23/15). Referenced documents may be viewed upon request at HRCHD-EH office. ACTION NEEDED: The water system operator was requested, in the letter, to submit a corrective action plan within 90 days (01/29/15). The extended time period is permissible because the system will be closed for the season shortly and there does not appear to be an imminent public health threat at this time.
