Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 8/26/15 DETAILS: Called the operator to let her know about the total coliform positive. She indicated that she did not want to be the contact any longer. Let her know to let us know who should be the water system contact. She will get us updated contact information. I also let her know to be sure a source sample is taken & 3 repeat positive samples are taken. She reluctantly said she would. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain new contact information & monitor follow up samples
