Details:	SUMMARY: MCL- Repeat total coliform positive for sample date 8/31/15 DETAILS: Called & left a message with Lisa. She has been working with the lab. I let her know that I would send her a copy of the public notice template for total coliform. I also let her know that I would work through her instead of the previous operator who requested to be removed from the contact list. I mailed the notice & contact information to Lisa. I also asked her to call if she has any questions. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up samples & obtain copy of notice
