Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat total coliform investigation DETAILS: Contacted facility owner to determine what needed to happen after a repeat sample came back positive. It was determined that this facility is shutting down and not longer has served water in the month of November Therefor the monitoring schedule for the temporary routines will be cancelled and then they open in April 2016, they will only be required to take a single routine sample. ACTION NEEDED: Adjust temporary routine sampling new sample for the second quarter of 2016
