Details:	SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 10/22/15 DETAILS: The operator contacted me about what to do after the repeat coliform detection. I let him know that a public notice will need to be posted. I emailed the operator the link to the notice. He said that he will check out the UV units to verify that they are operating properly. We discussed contacting the manufacturer about cleaning & maintenance other than bulb replacement. I asked him to send a completed copy of the notice to DWS. Reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow ups & respond as necessary
