| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL- total coliform positive for sample date 10-2-16 DETAILS: The operator contacted me to let me know about the total coliform positive repeat samples. I let him know that an updated public notice would be needed. He said that he would disinfect the well & distribution system again. I also let him know about the circuit rider program & this may be helpful. He indicated that if this disinfection did not work he would pursue circuit rider assistance. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of updated public notice. Monitor further sample. May need to refer to circuit rider. | ||
