Details:	SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up DETAILS: Deficiencies from July 2, 2015 survey were repairing the hand pump base to be watertight as well as repairing the piston rod seal. Mat submitted written documentation that these items have both been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: These deficiencies are considered corrected.
