Details:	SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: Violation follow up/RTC for missing PN for September TC+. Original alert follow up did not notice that there were two routine positives which immediately exceeded the MCL and therefore no PN distributed. Once this was noticed, system sent out PN on 11/12/15. Sent RTC email to DMCE ACTION NEEDED: none
