Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted Mike Brown about enforcement for not taking TC, Nitrate. DETAILS: Mike said he would take them this week (by 11/20) ACTION NEEDED: Take quarterly coliform is distribution and a yearly nitrate sample. Both these are due now, more violations assessed if not take by 12/31/15 and reportUpdate 11/30/15 - Mike has not taken samples. Sending letter today.
