Details:	SUMMARY: Spring raw water assessment samples DETAILS: Ron called because they got a letter saying assessment samples were still required from spring sources this year. They should only need to submit an annual assessment sample from the common header for the two springs (Upper and Middle), which he submitted in February. But in the database that sample was recorded as only coming from the Upper Springs. I approved this combined coliform sampling request and submitted the paperwork earlier in 2015. At that time, Id worked with DMCE to set up the coliform schedules in SDWIS. But when looking today, the SDWIS schedule lists an assessment sample required from each spring in addition to the common header. Thats why they got the letter. ACTION NEEDED: I will contact DMCE and ask them to correct the sampling schedule to require only one assessment sample from the common header (CH-A), not from both individual spring sources (SRC-AI and SRC- AG). Will also alert the new Lake County regulator, Russ Kazmierczak, to this issue.
