Details:	SUMMARY: Waterline break and source assessment sampling DETAILS: I called Richard Luttrell this morning to remind him about the source assessment sample that was due before the end of the year. He said that he took it this morning. He also said that they had a line that spans the creek pull apart due to a tree that had fallen and drained the lower tank overnight, but he was able to get it repaired. He said there was no way for creek water to enter the system since this section of pipe is suspended. He said the system still had pressure and the tank was beginning to fill now and things seemed good to go. He did take a distribution bacti sample today as well as the source assessment sample. I let him know that if the system ever did become fully depressurized that he should issue a boil notice and take bacti samples to help evaluate if contamination did occur. He indicated that he didn’t think this incident would warrant that action. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time.
