| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Water Assessment sample positive for E. coli (COLI15015) DETAILS: The source water assessment sample conducted on 12/04/2015 for SRC-AA (well-L83657) was positive for E. coli. I spoke with the manager of the store regarding this sample and told her to conduct 5 confirmation samples of the source water as soon as possible/within 24 hours. I instructed her on the possibilities of actions that would need to be taken based on positive results for E. coli in any of the confirmation samples. I also instructed the store to cease using the water in food preparation, soda machine, drinking water station, meat department, produce department, hand washing sinks, and deli per ODA Statutes and Administrative Rules and the store agreed to these measures.
