Details: SUMMARY: Technical Assistance DETAILS: Our office had heard that there were mechanical problems at the water system. We contacted the operator to offer technical assistance.The operator reported that the well pump had failed and that a contractor had been secured to repair/replace the pump.We reminded the operator of public notification procedures during zero-pressure events. We also recommended that water testing for bacteria be performed after the repair work is finished.The operator also reported that they were planning to sell the water utility to the homeowners’ association at the end of this calendar year. We requested that the current operator inform the new operator to contact us so that we may update our records ACTION NEEDED: N/A
