| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Routine Total Coliform Sample DETAILS: I am requesting that the sample be invalidated. I talked with Grant, the sample was taken in a building that has not been routinely used for over a year, the entire facility is only occasionally used this time of year and not in the building the sample was taken. Other sample taken at the same facility on the same day were negative. When the water was being flushed, prior to taking the sample that was positive-- the water alternated between running clear and cloudy. ACTION NEEDED: If sample is invalidated, no additional action. If sample is not invalidated, then take the required repeat and triggered samples and five routines in January 2016. | ||
