| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to water quality compliant DETAILS: I returned a phone call to Charlie, a resident, regarding a strong chlorine smell in his tap water. He noted that he and nearby residents have noted this issue since February of this year. He would like to have his water tested and the chlorine residual measured at his home. I reviewed chlorine residual readings recorded with coliform bacteria tests in the range of 0.7 to 1.3 mg/L with Charlie, and referred him to City staff so that he can directly follow up with his concerns with the water provider. We also reviewed coliform sample results, chemical schedule compliance, and site visit history on the Citys data on-line page. I forwarded him a copy of the 2014 consumer confidence report, as he indicated he did not get a copy. ACTION NEEDED: No particular action at this time. DWS to provide support to City to respond to complaint. | ||
