Details: SUMMARY: Total coliform MCL violation DETAILS: Skip Cadman with ODF Spruce Run Park called asking what he needed to do to resolve non-reporting violations after having exceeded the total coliorm MCL in November 2015. Violations include repeat sample non-reporting violations for incorrectly marking the repeat sampling lab forms as repeat samples and not having distributed a public notice. I explained that our data showed that the repeat samples were entered as routine samples and that I did not know if it was a data entry error on our end or if the lab reports were incorrectly marked as routine samples. I recommended he review the lab reports and have the lab send revised reports as needed to get the data strightened out. Once the sampling results were straightened out, then OHA could remove the non-reporting violation. I then explained that he needed to submit a copy of the public notice to us and indicate how long the notice was posted. He said he would be able to scan it and e-mail that information to me and he would work on getting the sample results straightened out. ACTION NEEDED: System to submit copy of the public notice and information on how long it was posted. System to also submit revised sample results (if needed or work with OHA to resolve any data entry errors that may have been made). OHA to correct sample results records in our database and remove the repeat non-reporting and public notice violations as appropriate.
