Details:	SUMMARY: Def Follow-Up: E-Mail Conversation DETAILS: Following our 1/11/16 e-mail (see previous contact reports), Mr. Zastrow replied with the following message:"...I have started the twice weekly Residual Chlorine testing the first week of January. Tested with a Hach kit on the 5th and the 8th that week and now the 12th and 15th the second week, and plan on testing the 19th and the 22nd this week. I plan as well on getting the coliform bacteria testing completed the first week of each month..."We replied via e-mail and said:"...Thank you for beginning the regular chlorine residual testing. I will record that this issue has been resolved. This means that the Water System Survey process is now finished. Now we may focus on moving forward with your transition to a Community water system..." ACTION NEEDED: There is no further action requried regarding the 2015 WSS.Our e-mail also detailed deadlines for the tranisition to a Community water system status. Our e-mail said:
