| Details: | SUMMARY: Three of five temporary routine samples are TC+ DETAILS: I had e-mail correspondence with Rick and also spoke to him by phone. The systems has been shock chlorinated. We discussed issues with coliform in the system but could not find any reasonable explaination as to what is causing the issue. I discussed the revised total coliform rule with Rick. I provided him with the new level 1 investigation form to try. I asked him to report back to me if he thought it was useful as well as likes or dislikes. We discussed taking a special sample after shock chlorination. He was informed that five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in February. ACTION NEEDED: Keep in contact with the operator. Discuss use of the new level 1 investigation form, wait for special sample and February sample results. | ||
